Cue 계정 삭제
삭제하면 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 같은 기기로 다시 실행해도 이전 계정·포인트·대화는 복구되지 않습니다.
1앱에서 삭제하는 방법
계정 삭제는 Cue 앱 안에서 직접 할 수 있습니다. 이메일로 요청하실 필요가 없습니다.
- Cue 앱을 실행합니다
- 하단 더보기 탭을 엽니다
- 계정 항목에서 계정 삭제를 누릅니다
- 확인 창이 두 번 뜹니다. 두 번 다 확인하면 즉시 삭제됩니다
진행 중이던 대화는 삭제 직전에 자동으로 종료되어, 상대방이 응답 없는 대화에 남지 않습니다.
2앱을 쓸 수 없을 때
기기를 분실했거나 앱을 설치할 수 없는 경우 metatrance.co.kr@gmail.com 으로 요청하실 수 있습니다. 본인 확인을 위해 가입에 사용한 닉네임과, 전화번호를 연결하셨다면 그 번호를 알려주십시오. 접수 후 영업일 기준 5일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.
3삭제되는 데이터
아래 항목은 삭제 즉시 서버에서 제거되며 복구되지 않습니다.
- 계정 및 프로필 — 닉네임, 성별, 나이, 관심사, 상태 메시지, 아바타
- 기기 식별자(익명 디바이스 ID)
- 전화번호 — 계정 복구용으로 연결하신 경우
- 푸시 알림 토큰
- 위치 정보(시·구 단위 및 절삭 좌표)
- 차단 목록
- 매칭 대기 정보
- 1:1 문의 내역
- 보유 포인트 및 포인트 거래 이력
4보관되는 데이터와 기간
다음은 법령상 의무 또는 다른 이용자 보호를 위해 일정 기간 남습니다.

Cue — Delete your account
Deletion is permanent. Reinstalling on the same device will not restore your previous account, points or conversations.
1How to delete from inside the app
You can delete your account directly in the Cue app. No email request is needed.
- Open the Cue app
- Open the More tab at the bottom (labelled “더보기”)
- Under Account, tap Delete account (“계정 삭제”)
- Confirm twice. Deletion is immediate
Any active conversations are closed automatically just before deletion, so the other person is not left in a conversation that can never be answered.
2If you cannot use the app
If you have lost your device or cannot install the app, email metatrance.co.kr@gmail.com. Please include the nickname you registered with, and the phone number if you linked one, so we can verify the account. We process requests within 5 business days and reply with the result.
3Data that is deleted
The following is removed from our servers immediately and cannot be recovered.
- Account and profile — nickname, gender, age, interests, status message, avatar
- Device identifier (anonymous device ID)
- Phone number, if you linked one for account recovery
- Push notification token
- Location data (district-level and truncated coordinates)
- Block list
- Matching queue entries
- Support enquiry history
- Point balance and point transaction history
4Data that is retained, and for how long
The following is kept for a limited period, either because the law requires it or to protect other users.
